Dr. Tawanna T. Gilford

Dr. Tawanna T. Gilford is a NYS licensed Psychologist, with her B.A in Psychology and Sociology, an Ed.M in Psychological Counseling, and her Ph.D in Counseling Psychology, Dr. Gilford’s professional experiences include hospital-based outpatient mental health services, pre-release services in state prison, homeless outreach services in NYC, and state inpatient psychiatric treatment. She is an advocate for individuals and families that are impacted by mass incarceration, particularly for those that have experienced wrongful arrests or wrongful conviction.

Anthony Dolci is the Co-Founder of the Stop False Police Reporting Group, Co-Author of the Stop False Police Reporting initiative & petition, and an LGTBQ & Tenant Housing Rights & Protection. “”Property managers, Landlords, and NYPD need to be held criminally accountable for filling false police reports.”

Yes, good things in life do come FREE. These classes can easily fit into your daily schedule. We will spend 15 minutes doing easy peasy yoga, strengthening and meditation. If you don’t use it, you’ll lose it. Classes will be daily Mondays to Fridays from 10:15am – 10:30am.
